Fred L. Burns is a fully bonded and insured, Western Pennsylvania based, General Contractor and Plumbing/Mechanical Contractor. We have over 80 years of experience in the industry which has provided us with the knowledge and expertise to handle even the most complex of projects. Our areas of self-performed work include demolition, concrete, rough and finished carpentry, interior finishes, and mechanical piping. When it comes to completing projects that require specialized skills or equipment outside of our core competencies we involve experienced and reliable subcontractors.
